Brad Pederson is the President of Moonstone Construction and Development, Inc. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Colorado with a Business and Real Estate degree in 1989 and founded Moonstone in June of 1990. Brad began his construction experience in 1978 while still in high school in rural Minnesota and continued working in both the commercial and residential construction industries throughout his college years. Brad is committed not only to ethical and transparent business practices, but also to the highest quality of workmanship. He has created elegant custom homes, meticulously restored historical mansions and produced stunning home transformations through remodels and additions throughout the northern Front Range of Colorado. He expects the same quality standards from his subcontractors and the members of his crew and his hiring practices are extremely fastidious.
Michelle Pederson is the General Manager of Moonstone and the wife of Brad Pederson. She has 23 years of office and management experience including 12 years of property management and 10 years of full charge bookkeeping experience. Michelle maintains compliance with all government, licensing and insurance authorities and is in charge of all bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, marketing and office duties.
Kirsten Zahn is the Office Manager and shares the bookkeeping and office duties with Michelle. She is has her degree in Accounting and over 20 years of experience in office management, real estate and construction administration. She has been in a position of high trust in our company and our lives for over a decade and is an indispensable member of our team.
Our Sub-Contractors have been vetted by Brad for skill and ethics and put to the highest standards of compliance with Federal, State, Local and Insurance related regulations by Michelle and Kirsten. We make sure we know who we work with and who is working on our jobsites.
